    When I needed to gain more muscle mass I went straight to Damon Chacon. Damon helped me increase my muscle mass with safe but effective workouts. He utilized heavy weight and low weight burnouts that allowed full muscle fatigue. He tailored his workouts to my physique and interest levels.
